ABOUT

What can students learn from strategic board games? Research shows many benefits, including development of skills in cooperative teamwork, math theory, creativity, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making. And it’s fun!

This great workshop series introduces students to gameplay strategies in two separate introductory sessions Nov. 19 & Dec. 10, then guides them in designing their own board games in a 3-day workshop January 7, 14 & 16.

Featured board games for Gameplay Strategy in this workshop series include Ticket to Ride and Pandemic.
