Science Saturday: The Science of Exercise (Session 1)

About the Event
During this class, we will learn the physical and the physiological effects of exercise. We will calculate BMI, learn how your heart rate affects your performance, look at how your diet affects your body, take a look at skeletal muscle groups, and investigate the correlation basics of various types of workouts. We will explore HIIT, Tabata, Strength Training, Cardio Training and many others.., If you re an athlete or if you are a beginner, the workouts will be adaptable to you. Let’s get out and get moving!!!!
